- The Stepping Protocol: For the first 3 days, use exactly one (1) spoon daily. From day 4 onward, increase the dosage to 1.5 spoons per day. If aggressive hunger triggers persist, you may scale up to two (2) doses daily.
- Infusion Method: Mix your dose into 200ml of hot water (60–70°C). For absolute maximum fat-shredding potency, steep for 7–10 minutes and consume the tea along with the botanical sediment. Alternatively, steep for 10–15 minutes and strain.
- The 30-Minute Fast: Do not consume food or caloric beverages for at least 30 minutes after drinking your tea. Additionally, drink 300ml of pure water right before breakfast.
- The 3-Liter Water Command: Maintain an aggressive hydration schedule of at least 3 liters of water daily (approximately one 250ml glass every 40 minutes) to forcefully sweep away released lipid waste.
