Order processing
Orders are usually processed and prepared for shipment within 0–1 business days after the order has been placed.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Customs, import duties, and taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other local charges may apply.
These charges are not controlled by Detox Bazaar and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.
Shipping delays
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery time shown at checkout. However, delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you with the available tracking and delivery information.
Missing or undelivered orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us at support@detoxbazaar.com.
For online orders, goods should generally be delivered within the agreed delivery time. If no specific delivery time applies, delivery should take place within the applicable legal timeframe. If there is a delivery issue, we will review the case and help provide an appropriate solution.
Damaged packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@detoxbazaar.com with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
